The terms for using iAstroGuru and buying a report. Last updated: 4 October 2026.
The service
iAstroGuru offers automated Vedic and Western astrology, Combined chart perspectives, Chinese zodiac, numerology and tarot tools and reports in English and Hindi. There are no human astrologers or live consultations. Your first kundli reading is free after sign-in; free calculator tools use calculations and rules, never AI.
Kundli readings and paid reports are calculated by the advanced iAstroGuru Engine and written either by the iAstroGuru Engine or with the help of AI when enabled; every reading passes multi-layer quality assurance before you see it. Reports written without AI help are not described as AI-written. Read about AI data use.
Adult accounts & children’s details
Accounts are for adults 18+ and you must confirm your age. Add another person’s details only with permission. Only a parent or legal guardian may provide details for a child under 18; they must give explicit consent and their own birth year indicating an age of at least 18. Withdraw consent by deleting the child’s profile. Children are not marketed to, tracked, behaviourally monitored or targeted with advertising.
Responsible use & account security
Give accurate birth details and mark uncertain birth times honestly. Incorrect time, place or time zone can change the result. Protect your account and sign-in codes. Do not access another person’s records, abuse the service, or use readings to frighten, harass, discriminate against or make consequential decisions about someone.
For reflection, not prediction
Astrology is an interpretive tradition, not a scientifically established prediction method. Reports are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. No event, outcome or relationship compatibility is guaranteed. Seek qualified help for health or safety concerns. We do not predict death or illness or sell remedies through fear. Full disclaimer.
Prices, tax & payment
Paid purchases open after launch testing. Before payment, the report contents, price, currency, delivery estimate and refund terms will be shown before payment. Displayed prices are final: we are not registered for GST, so no tax is added. There are no hidden mandatory charges or automatic subscriptions. If we register for GST, the details will be published here.
Razorpay processes payments. We do not store card numbers, CVV or banking credentials. Paid access requires server-verified payment; a browser success message is insufficient. Ask support before paying again after an uncertain payment.
We will not use false urgency, preselected paid extras or misleading claims. Price and availability changes apply to new purchases, not the agreed terms of an accepted order.
Ask questions & payment
Ask iAstroGuru is a paid AI service, paid per question. A free check before payment shows the question's level and price: one focused question (a 120–250-word answer) or two linked topics or detailed timing (300–450 words). The price shown is valid for 30 minutes and you are never charged more. Several questions are asked to be split; rejected questions are not charged. The amount is held first and charged only when the answer is delivered; on failure the hold is released or fully refunded. A follow-up is a new question. We decline death, diagnosis, legal or financial certainty, pregnancy, baby gender, harm and another person without consent.
Refunds & delivery
A report is not refundable once generated and delivered. A refund is available if payment was taken but the report was not delivered, a technical failure prevents delivery, or you were charged twice.

Your information & reports
Profiles and reports are private to your account. Use account privacy controls to export or remove reading data. Removing readings does not close your account or erase payment records.
You may read, download and print your report for personal use. Do not publish someone else’s personal details without permission or resell site content as your own. Unauthorised bulk copying is not permitted.
Errors, interruptions & responsibility
Technical interruptions and calculation or writing errors are possible. Report an error to support@iastroguru.com; we will investigate and provide a correction or applicable remedy. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Responsibility for your choices does not remove our duty to provide the agreed service.
Complaints, law & changes
Contact support@iastroguru.com or the Grievance Officer below first. Indian law applies, while mandatory consumer and privacy protections in your place of residence remain available. Operator jurisdiction city: New Delhi, India. This does not restrict your right to an eligible consumer forum, court or authority.
Material changes will carry a new update date and any required notice or fresh consent. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights for existing orders. The English text governs; Hindi is provided for convenience.

Support and privacy requests: support@iastroguru.com. We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve consumer grievances within one month of receipt, or sooner where applicable law requires.
