Digital delivery policy
Your private report is delivered online. Last updated: 4 October 2026.
Digital reports only
All reports are digital: there is no physical shipping and no shipping fee. Your account provides the report, online reading and available PDF downloads.
When & where it arrives
Sign in and open My readings. Paid reports usually appear there within minutes after server payment verification. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: a busy queue or technical issue can take longer. Any specific delivery period shown before purchase applies.
Saving a preparation, creating an order or seeing a successful browser payment is not delivery. Account delivery is complete when the correct report is accessible in that account.
Report email at launch
Automatic report emails will activate at launch. They will come from guru@iastroguru.com; paid report emails will include a PDF and a secure link. Replies and support go to support@iastroguru.com. Automatic sending is not active yet.
Email delivery needs a reachable email address. A phone-only account currently has no real email address; use My readings instead. Report email for that account will be possible once secure email collection is enabled.
If you have not received it
- Sign in to the same account used for the order, open My readings and refresh after a few minutes.
- Once email delivery is active, check your spam folder and email address.
- If your bank shows a debit, do not pay again; ask support to check the status.
Email support@iastroguru.com with your order ID, payment reference and account email or phone number. We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours. Payment without delivery or a technical failure that prevents delivery qualifies under the refund policy.
